Can you relate?

  • Day to day feels like a game of whack-a-mole where you put out one fire only to see another pop up elsewhere.

  • You spend as much time working outside the classroom as you do in it because you’re always feeling behind on grading, lesson plans, or you’re completely checked out because you’re burnt out.

  • The teaching expertise you bring to the table isn’t being fully realized because it’s overshadowed by classroom chaos and disorganization.

TOTALLY RELATABLE. WHAT'S THE SOLUTION?

Real feedback from real clients

"Paige is very knowledgeable [and] makes me feel confident in the information and guidance I take away."

What if...

there was a better way to be really good at what you do AND thrive while doing it?

Imagine four months from now walking into your classroom with a clear lesson plan & action that matches your intention. It’s organized and peaceful – with and without your students in there.

You’re rested and eager for your kids to arrive. Throughout the day you are in awe of how calm the classroom vibe is and how well you handle every hiccup that comes your way.

The day starts and ends inside those four walls because taking work home with you is no longer your norm. You’re radiating confidence with the impact you’re making.

Get as excited about teaching as you were that first day you set foot into your own classroom.

What educators are saying

"Working with Paige was a truly positive experience."

- Dominique H.

Here's how we'll do it.

01

MONTH

Clarity & Planning

We slow everything down and take an honest look at what’s working, what needs tweaking, and what’s no longer serving you. Then, we rebuild your foundation by defining the kind of teacher you want to be so every change is aligned, intentional, and rooted in who you’re becoming, not just what you’re fixing.

02

MONTH

Mindset Shift

You step into a new level of inner leadership by learning how to regulate your responses, hold boundaries, and move through challenges without spiraling into overwhelm or second-guessing yourself. This is where you stop reacting and start leading. You'll create an emotional stability your classroom begins to mirror.

03

MONTH

Practicality Focus

We'll translate your internal growth into tangible tweaks through organization, communication, and systems that support both you and your students. You begin showing up as the grounded, confident professional whose presence shifts your classroom dynamic. This is how we make lasting change happen.

04

MONTH

Integration

Everything comes together as you implement and embed these shifts into your everyday rhythm in the classroom and beyond. By refining your schedule and strengthening what works, you begin operating in a way that finally feels functional and fully yours.

Let's get you there

Over the course of a semester, we’ll have 10 video calls plus 1 closing call combined with integration weeks naturally woven in to give you space to practice new skills. Each video call is 60-minutes of 1-on-1 conversation with personalized next steps. Custom resources will be provided throughout our time together for you to refer back to as needed.

Hi, I'm Paige!

I’ve spent nearly 15 years as a family therapist, 10 years as a school counselor, and 7 years as an administrator. My experience spans public schools, charter schools, and even a therapeutic school, so I know what it’s like to manage student behaviors, pressure from parents, and the constant need to follow school rules -- all while keeping a classroom running smoothly without losing your mind.

Being a kid at heart is what first drew me to working with children, but over the years I’ve seen just how challenging classrooms can be and how real educator burnout is. Helping teachers feel more confident, supported, and in control of their classrooms every day is what drives my work.

The teaching expertise you bring to the table isn’t being fully realized because it’s overshadowed by classroom chaos and disorganization. Let's change that.

Of course you can continue as you are now and...

School will continue to feel like a battle: predictable to your nervous system yet miserable for your mind, body, and spirit. No doubt you can see it: the classroom chaos piling up, students off-task or worse, and your to-do list growing longer by the minute. Exhausted and frustrated, you’ll carry the pressure of unmet expectations home with you night after night, while the educator you know you could be is just out of reach.

Oooor sign up for Classroom Coaching and become...

The teacher of your dreams. The one who is proud of their work and feels more in control while making a bigger impact on your kiddos.

You not only start to feel calm and collected on the inside, but others notice it also. It comes from a place of deep confidence. A confidence you radiate at work, at home, and everywhere in between. It brings with it a serenity that cascades over your personal and professional relationships too.

By the end of the semester, you’ll not only be ahead of your to-do list, but you’ll also be the teacher you always imagined yourself to be: organized, confident, intentional, and fully in your element.

Frequently Asked Questions

I don't have a lot of time. What kind of commitment does this take?

Between the 11 calls we have throughout our 16 weeks together and about 10 minutes of homework after each call, you’re looking at less than an hour per week.

How is this different from other professional development or teacher coaching?

The 1-to-1 structure of Classroom Coaching allows for it to be deeply personal for you and for your classroom. Since we aren’t trying to cram everything into a 2 hour training, we really get to sift through all aspects of your day to find out what just needs a little tweaking, what might benefit from an overhaul, and what we can leave as is. Then, we shift into the deeper pieces of what’s been keeping you from operating like you want to. I’m talking about educator identity, nervous system regulation, and systems. What we do together goes beyond the strategies you’ve probably already gotten in other trainings.

What if I’m really struggling with burnout or classroom management? Will this still work for me?

Absolutely! This is exactly who Classroom Coaching is for. We start with your real day-to-day experience and build from there. First, we get clear on what’s actually happening, then strengthen how you respond to it, and finally put supportive systems in place so your classroom feels more manageable and structured. As your internal capacity grows and your external systems improve, the overwhelm starts to lift, and you feel more and more in control.

What happens if I fall behind or miss something?

Classroom Coaching is designed as a semester-long program, so we can create steady momentum and meaningful change over time. And I get it… life happens. Whether it’s a tough week, a sick kid, or just needing more time to implement things, there’s flexibility to adjust as needed. Because the program is thoughtfully paced, meetings are meant to stay within their designated timeframe of 4 months to help your progress stick. If you need to reschedule, I ask for at least 24 hours notice; I also gift clients one grace pass because we’re all human. Here, the goal isn’t perfection; it’s consistent, supported growth that creates true transformation.

What exactly will I be doing in each meeting and what will I walk away with?

Each meeting in Classroom Coaching is intentional, so you always know what we’re focused on and why it matters. Meetings 1 and 2 are all about clarity and foundation: we get honest about what’s happening in your classroom as well as what’s working or not, so you leave with clarity and a grounded direction for change. Then, we focus meetings 3 & 4 on inner leadership to adjust how you respond under pressure by building regulation and boundaries, so you walk away with more calm and control in real time. Meetings 5 & 6 hone in on outward leadership as we shift into structure and presence through routines, communication, organization, and classroom management, so your day feels more steady and manageable. Meetings 7 through 10 are all about integration and refinement. We enhance what’s working, simplify what’s not, and adjust your systems so they better fit your classroom life and style. Then, we have our closing call for sustainability. As we review your biggest shifts and lock in your progress, we also map out what’s next, so you take your newfound confidence with you moving forward.

Because this is a semester-long program, am I only able to start in August or January?

Nope. You can start whenever you’re ready.

Do I need to have everything figured out before starting?

Not at all. Everyone’s path is different, and each educator is on a different part of their own journey. Some may have more figured out than others, and that’s okay. Classroom Coaching isn’t about them; it’s about you. Come as you are, when you’re ready. Together, we’ll take it from there.

What if I really want to do this but cannot afford it right now?

I get it. Timing and finances don’t always align, even when something feels like a ‘yes.’ Classroom Coaching is designed to be a deep, 1:1 transformation over a full semester, which is why it reflects a higher level of support and personalization. If now isn’t the right financial time for that, Aligned Educator is a great next step. It includes grounded tools and practical guidance to help you begin shifting how you show up in your classroom while you work toward deeper support when the timing is right.
